The WOO Earn Terms (“the Terms”) govern your usage of WOO Earn Services (“WOO Earn” or “the Services”) and related services entered into by and between you (the “Participants” or “you”) and WOOTECH Limited(“WOO X” or “we”). Before accessing and using the Services, in addition to WOO X Terms of Services, you should carefully read and fully understand the Terms and all guidances, instructions, announcements, information, tutorial and FAQ of WOO Earn (“WOO Earn Rules” or “the Rules”). The Terms constitute a part of WOO X Terms of Services, and it is your responsibility to abide by any regulations, laws, and orders applicable in your jurisdiction where you access and use WOO Earn.
You acknowledge that WOO X may modify the Terms from time to time without prior notices. Your continued usage of WOO Earn means you agree with any changes to the Terms and all subsequent actions by you shall be subject to the amended Terms.
In addition to the List of unsupported countries/regions, WOO X may prohibit participants from specific countries/ regions from joining specific events from time to time. In these certain situations, WOO X will list the specific countries/ regions in the Rules in advance.
Other subscription conditions such as the type of cryptocurrency, estimated APR, saving period, mechanism of instant redemption, etc can be referred within the WOO Earn Rules. Participants should acknowledge that the Yield displayed by WOO Earn may be an estimate and not an exact value. The decimal precision supported by us may vary depending on the different Digital Assets.
You expressly agree and authorize WOOTECH Limited, in its sole discretion, to lend out part or all of your Digital Assets from your earn wallet to market makers or other institutions, organizations we partner with to provide liquidity, to achieve zero trading fee and to earn yield or any other benefits derived from our products for the qualified users on WOO X or other institutions, organizations we partner with. You shall be aware that such Digital Assets may be posted as collateral on other cryptocurrency trading platforms, and therefore are subject to risks of loss due to the factors beyond the control of WOOTECH Limited, such as technical breach or hacking of the said platforms, force majeure, embezzlement, misconduct, insolvency or other similar events. You agree that you shall not hold WOOTECH Limited liable for any damages arising from such losses, while WOOTECH Limited may try to recover the Digital Assets in its sole discretion, such efforts are in no way guaranteed.
You hereby unconditionally authorize WOO X to distribute the corresponding yield according to the WOO Earn Rules.
You agree that, in any event if WOO Earn violates any applicable laws of any jurisdiction, we have the right to prohibit you from accessing the Services and deny all relevant payable yield.
You should consider thoroughly the risks, including without limitation, higher price volatility, legislative or regulatory environment, operation of the project, token forks, rollbacks and any cyber attacks. You shall only make investments that you are familiar with and evaluate your investment experiences, risk tolerances, and financial situation to fully understand your investments.

WOO X will not be responsible or liable for any losses (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits) resulting or arising directly or indirectly from your participation in any WOO Earn event.
