Do you support Android for WOO X APP?Currently, the app is only available for Apple iOS. Android will be supported in future versions.
Can I stake or deposit on WOO X with the Mobile APP?WOO X only offers trading and the ability to view your account on the mobile app. Other features will be added in future updates.
What are the available features on the WOO X APP?The WOO X APP supports the home page, trading, and the account page.
On the top of the homepage, Users can track the account total value, risk control and buying power. All the history can be found from the top right icon such as Orders, deposits, withdrawals and interest.
Users can see the data such as market status, price, change and your portfolio, clicking the instrument and you can do the quick trade on the home page. Users can long-press to rearrange the instruments on their own.
In the trading page you can see the chart and order book, you are able to place/cancel orders and track your portfolio below the orderbook. Users can also switch to different instruments for trading on the top left icon. The portfolio module displays real-time Notional and Total PnL for the positions currently active on the trader’s account.
In the Account page, you can see the overview of your account. For spot margin, users can enable and track the Margin data such as Leverage, Margin ratio, and Interest rate. For security, users can turn on the Face ID and reset the password at the current stage.
Are there plans to add more features to the Woo X app in the future?Yes! In future updates, we will be adding staking and wallet features.
How to place the order on the Homepage?To place an order, simply select the trading pair you wish to trade. You will be redirected to the order screen for this trading pair.
In this example, the trading pair is WOO/USDT. This screen will allow you to select the price you wish to bid, amount and then select buy or sell option.
At the top of the screen, you will see a drop down arrow with “limit”. This indicates the type of order you are placing. Selecting this arrow, you can change the type of order you wish to place.
In the pending orders area you will see your new order, fill status and details for the price.
How to cancel the pending orders on mobile?To cancel an order, you will see in the pending orders section an option for
“cancel”. This will cancel any order that is still pending and not already filled.
Is it possible to contact Customer Service through the app?Sure! Simply go to Account -> Support Center and find the Menu button (displayed as ≡) and click ‘Submit a request’.
