Yes, both platform has been supported now.
Please note, do not download the App or APK file from anywhere else apart from the official WOO X website. Make sure you are installing the official App through these channels:
- Android: Search for WOO X in Google Play Store or download via this Link
- iOS: Search for WOO X in Apple Store or download via this Link
- Go to the official WOO Network website (https://woo.org/), and click “Download APP”
- Scan the QR code below to download the APP (iOS and Android)
How to check my order history in the Mobile app?
You can find the icon on both the Home page and Trade page below:
If you need your trade history or deposit/withdraw history over 90 days for tax purposes, please contact WOO X support here.
Can I complete my KYC using a mobile?
For iOS users, yes.
You can see the “Identity verification” on the Account page.
We are working on implementing KYC for the Andriod users. This will release in the future update.
How do I report bugs or issues if I encounter them on a mobile app?
Simply go to Account -> Support Center and find the Menu button (displayed as ≡) and click “Submit a request”.
