Before you can buy crypto, first make sure that your account is verified at KYC Level 1 and that you are not in an unsupported country.

Users can access the “Buy crypto” feature through any of the following ways:
- Go to the wallet page and click “Buy Crypto”.
- Go to the account page and click the “Buy Crypto” tab.
- In the top bar, click on your email → click on Buy crypto
Insert the fiat amount you want to spend, or the USDT amount you want to receive.
In the dropdown beside the fiat amount you want to spend, you can select which currency you want to pay in.
Once the number is put in, the page will automatically calculate the fee and price at the lower right box (“View Payment Details”).
Note: WOO X charges no fees on the payment, please reach out to the service provider if you encounter any issues during the process.
Once you have confirmed all the information, please check the disclaimer box and click Continue.
A popup will redirect you to the third-party provider.
Check all the information again and agree to the third-party provider’s terms of service.
- As of April 27, 2022, Purchases over €900 in total require your proof of identity (this does not apply to US, Russian, or Belarusian citizens).
- All USDT purchases will use ERC-20 and the third-party provider will deduct the gas fees from the transaction.
Input your email address and then type in the verification code you will receive in your email.
If it’s your first time using Mercuryo, please also put your personal information for verification.
Input your credit card information.
Check your wallet or purchase history to see if the transaction has arrived.
You should also receive an e-mail containing all the details of your transaction.
